In the AI world, I think it's all about speed and it's all about quality. Number one, are we focused enough on the problem or opportunity we're trying to solve? [music] I've seen when you try to go too broad, you don't change workflows and you don't change the nature of work. Second, do we have the right team trying to solve the problem? Because the team is [music] absolutely key. And the third thing I do on Mondays usually is I call three customers. We do net promoter score surveys every week. I take three random [music] ones from our smallest to biggest customers. I reach out, call them. A lot of times I just get voicemail [music] and see how they're doing. Always first thing, see how the kids are doing. Second thing is [music] we are reinventing ourselves as an AI-first company. And I look every morning in customer and employee service. >> [music] >> How are we doing with our customers on two metrics? How are we doing with automated resolutions? How are we solving their customers' issues? And second, how are they doing on customer satisfaction? I think every CEO should be testing with their board, are they going fast [music] enough? Are we going fast enough with Codex? Are we going fast enough in our software engineering [music] transformation to make sure that we're AI-first in everything we do. My advice to other enterprise [music] leaders is embrace the change. Really think about how you're going to upskill your people, change your processes, and use AI to really solve your customers' problems.
